How many people does your venue accommodate?We are able to accommodate up to 200 guests with some flexibility for slightly larger events.

Is there parking on site?Yes, we have ample parking on site, including accessibility for trailers, buses, limousines, and drop-off services such as Uber and Lyft.

May we incorporate pets into our ceremony and/or pictures?Yes, we are pet friendly with some stipulations! We simply ask that all pets be on a leash or in a carrier at all times and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride or groom. Pets, aside from service animals, are not allowed inside buildings.

Do you host overnight guests?No, we do not have overnight accommodations on site. We ask that all events end promptly by 11pm.

What types of events do you host aside from weddings?We host a variety of events at Gentry Pines, including weddings, receptions, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, and more. We are happy to work with you to create a custom event package that meets your specific needs and budget.

Is your reception hall climate controlled?Yes, we have 25 tons of AC running out of 4 separate units to ensure you stay cool as you dance the night away!

Do I need a Wedding Coordinator?We want you to enjoy every moment of your special day. That's why we require all weddings to have a licensed and insured Day-of Coordinator. We strongly suggest you use one of our preferred coordinators. If you’d like to work with someone not on our list, please keep in mind you will need to obtain approval from the venue.

Do you have a preferred vendor list, and am I required to use them?We have an incredible list of vendors that we strongly suggest, but it's not a requirement. These vendor have a record of quality work, and we're proud to host them here at The Venue at Gentry Pines.

Are decorations included in the venue rental or do provide our own decor?The Venue is working on creating packages! In the meantime, we have connections to fabulous decorators!

Do you have someone on site during events?Yes! A dedicated staff member, parking attendants, and golf cart drivers are on site and available throughout the day, for all of our wedding packages.

Is there a deposit required to book the venue?To secure a date for a special event or wedding a 50% deposit of the contracted amount is required. The balance of property rental is required two weeks prior to event date.

Can I add additional hours to my rental?Yes, you may add more time for an additional hourly rate.

Can we use the venue for our engagement photos?Absolutely, a 2-hour photography session is included in every wedding package!

What time can we access the bridal suite to start getting ready?Access to the bridal suite is granted at 9am and is exclusively reserved for the bridal party and hair and make-up artist.

What are the venue rules and regulations?Our guest and neighbors are important to us. To ensure a positive experience for everyone involved, here are some guidelines we follow at The Venue at Gentry Pines: • No holes are to be made in the ceiling, walls, floors, or furniture. (No nails, staples, tacks or tape). No signs or banners are permitted on building exterior. • ALL BUILDINGS ARE NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY; client is responsible for the disposal of cigar and cigarette butts. • Use of dock is prohibited. Swimming from docks is prohibited. • All alcohol must enter and leave the property with the bartender for your event. Alcohol in the "get ready" suites will be limited at the discretion of the venue in relation to the length of time in the suites and quantity per person. • The Venue at Gentry Pines is a "No Shot" venue. Alcoholic shots will not be permitted at any time during the event. • The max Bar time for any event is 5 hours. • CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. NO FEEDING OF FISH, NO RUNNING. If you have 10 or more Children under the age of 12 years we require that you have a chaperon provided to monitor children. • All decorations and other personal property brought in the rental premises must be removed within one hour of banquet/reception/ceremony scheduled conclusion. Banquets/receptions ending at 11:00pm must have all items removed by 12:00am. • Animals will be permitted on the venue but are not permitted inside bridal or grooms suite. Owner is responsible for cleaning up after pet. •Parking is at the discretion of Venue staff. All vehicles must remain in the designated parking areas. Loitering in parking area after scheduled rental time is not permitted. • Any music must remain at a respectable level, which is determined by The Venue at Gentry Pines staff. In accordance with local city noise ordinance banquets/receptions may not exceed 11:00pm, 9:00pm for outdoor events. All music must be shut down and these times will be strictly enforced. • No bottles or glassware are allowed on the dance floor during events. • ONLY LICENSED AND INSURED FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS ARE ALLOWED ON THE VENUE AT GENTRY PINES. • Candles are NOT permitted in the reception barn unless approved by Venue staff. • Sparklers are prohibited unless approved by venue staff. • Bubbles are permitted outside only. • Haze is not permitted on the property. • Flower Girl Petals – Silk petals for inside reception barn, real petals for outdoor ceremony area. • Your Coordinator must be named and attend the final meeting with The Venue at Gentry Pines.

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?You will have access to the venue during contracted hours. Please plan accordingly!

What is the back up plan in case of rain?Due to inclement weather outdoor events may need to be moved inside or under cocktail area as a backup plan. The Venue at Gentry Pines will make the final decision after consultation with the Client.

Does the venue allow rental a rental company to drop off or pick up items outside the rental period?In case of an event on the day before or after yours we ask that all deliveries happen during the rental period. Please advise your vendors of this policy.

Does the venue provide ice?We do have an ice machine on site for you to use. Please note the ice and all water on the property is well water and is Non-potable water including ice. Ice is for chilling only!
